Dr. Jack Thorpe has expertise in distributed simulation and currently consults in the area of advanced project planning and execution. He served at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) for 12 years as a Program Manager and Office Director. He retired from the Air Force as a full colonel following 25 years in R&D. He participates in the DARPA Command Post of the Future program, the Army's Institute for Creative Technologies, and is the former Chair of DARPA's Information Science and Technology advisory group.
